The retail park occupies the dominant trading position within the Birkenshaw Trading Estate and extends to 20,733 sq ft GIA with a fully let line-up of ScS, Natuzzi and Sofa.com. The purchase reflects a 10% NIY, with the benefit of future asset management initiatives that will drive returns further.
