With careful consideration, we collectively decided to form a new business to meet the needs of our clients in the evolving out-of-town sector – a brand to represent the future in this market. Whilst we will be continuing the great work undertaken as CWM Out of Town, XPROP is established to provide renewed, independent and unbiased advice for out-of-town landlords and occupiers facing some of the most important decisions about their asset management, occupational leases and investments.
