Cortonwood: Cortonwood Shopping Park
The team at XPROP advised Aberdeen Asset Management on the forward funding of Cortonwood Shopping Park which has recently opened.
The park comprises ten open A1 (part food) retail warehouse units and one restaurant unit providing a gross internal floor area of approximately 79,750 sq ft. The purchase price was £36.3m reflecting a net initial yield of 5.50%.
